Oatmeal Homespun Corriedale Vest

Hand knitted in Aotearoa using homespun Corriedale wool, spun by Sue in Te Māhia.

Sue is one of my kaiako, and has taught me weaving, cabling, and spinning.

Knitted predominantly in moss stitch, with cable detailing across the front and back.

Model is a size 8.

I have a limited amount of homespun yarn left to do more of these.

Care instructions: When you are not wearing your knit, please fold it. Hanging it may alter its shape. We recommend washing your knit only when absolutely necessary. Please wash it by hand and in cold water to avoid shrinking. Squeeze water out, do not wring.
When drying, lie flat on a towel, preferably out of the sun.
